Viljandi Hospital is inviting all people who belong to a risk group to get vaccinated

On Tuesday, April 27, all people belonging to a risk group, regardless of age, and all those who are older than 65 or will be 65 this year, regardless of risk group status, are invited to get vaccinated against COVID-19 at the Viljandi Hospital.

It is possible to book a vaccination appointment from the phone registry as well (434 3001) but we ask that people under the age of 60 elect to make a booking from the digital registry, to be certain that they do belong to a risk group. If a person does not know how to use the digital registry, there are volunteers who can assist. To request assistance, a person should call 600 3033, calls will be answered every day from 10.00 to 14.00.

The Health Insurance Fund predicts that healthy people will get the opportunity to get vaccinated in the coming weeks, in stages and according to how the vaccines arrive in the country.

Vaccination takes place in the 3rd floor hall of the C-block of the main hospital building, 9.00-14.30. The vaccine used is the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine Comirnaty. Altogether, 198 persons will receive the vaccine. The hospital asks that you come only if you are asymptomatic, and that bring along an identity document.
